PY1 HEALTHSCAPE

PY1 HEALTHSCAPE 2007 was organized to highlight “National HIV Testing Day” (Photos).

Protect Yourself 1, Inc.'s partnership with church, government, community and business leaders will enable the development of PY1 HEALTHSCAPE as an Event that focuses on HIV/ STD testing, as well as other health issues affecting Inner City community residents. It is the intent of Protect Yourself 1, Inc. and its partners that PY1 HEALTHSCAPE will grow to have an increasing impact on many Communities.

The goals of PY1 HEALTHSCAPE are:

  • To make HIV and STD testing more accessible to Inner City community residents.
  • To promote HIV/AIDS and STD prevention.
  • To promote healthy living through music and art.
  • To educate and update community residents about HIV/AIDS treatments and services available to them.
  • To bring “National HIV Testing Day” to “World HIV Testing Day” level.
  • To reduce the stigma of HIV/AIDS

PY1 HEALTHSCAPE is a great forum for PY1 to participate in the Community‘s efforts to make a difference in the fight against AIDS.  During the event, Protect Yourself 1, Inc. has the opportunity to present its HIV/AIDS Awareness and Prevention programs: “The HIV/AIDS Educational and Entertainment Program” and “The HIV/AIDS World Wide Virtual Library” and PY 1 Arrowhead.

In addition to PY1 HEALTHSCAPE other events and campaigns will be conducted on an annual basis throughout the United States and the World, to support the Protect Yourself 1. Inc.'s mission. All events will encompass a special synergistic influence between education, art, entertainment, and sports events to increase the organization's exposure
